How long is the process?

When you’re ready to proceed with your personalised Tea Towels, expect a 2-4 week turnaround time, while custom-designed orders may take about 4-6 weeks. After receiving your artwork, anticipate a draft layout within 8-10 business days. If you require our assistance, please allow 15-25 business days for the draft layout.

Can we print in more than 1 colour?

At the moment, we provide single-colour printing per design due to our printing process. However, we’re actively exploring other options to offer customers more choices.

When can an order be placed?

You can place orders for your personalised fundraising tea towels anytime from January 30th to November 30th.

Do we have to submit our own design? or can you create one?

Currently, we ask that you provide the design you want to be printed. However, if you have an idea but need assistance putting it together, we’re open to collaborating with you to create the perfect design.
